The deal.
Plain and short.

By creating an account or otherwise using Stackit (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Stackit is operated by INNOVAS PTE. LTD. (UEN 202608492R), a company incorporated in Singapore ("we", "our").

You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 16 years old to use Stackit.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law.

You may use Stackit to manage professional relationships when you have a lawful reason to collect and use the information. You are responsible for respecting the rights and communication choices of people whose cards or details you scan, import, or store.

You may not harvest contact data without authority, send unsolicited bulk communication, use Stackit records for unlawful ad targeting, or violate a third party's privacy rights. Stackit does not automatically invite scanned contacts or send messages on your behalf.

You may not reverse engineer, attempt to extract source code from, or interfere with the integrity of the Service.

Stackit offers Free and Pro tiers. AI Pro and AI credit packs are planned but are not currently available for new purchase.

Before purchase, the checkout or store shows the price, billing currency, billing period, automatic-renewal terms, and available cancellation route. Taxes and currency conversion may depend on your location and payment platform.

Web subscriptions are billed and managed through Stripe. Mobile subscriptions are billed and managed by Apple App Store or Google Play under the applicable store terms. Deleting Stackit cancels Stripe web subscriptions immediately, but does not cancel a store subscription; you must cancel it in the applicable store. Refunds are governed by the payment platform and mandatory consumer law.

You retain all rights to the content you create in Stackit (contacts, notes, calendar events, tags). We do not claim ownership of your data.

You grant us a limited licence to store and process that data solely to provide the Service to you (sync, backup, search, agent answers).

OCR, Agent, spreadsheet mapping, and audio transcription are optional AWS Bedrock-assisted features. The product displays a first-use notice before sending the relevant image, sample, prompt and CRM context, or audio for processing.

AI output can be incomplete or inaccurate. Review extracted contact fields and proposed actions before saving or relying on them. Core CRM features remain available without using Agent.

We aim for high availability but provide the Service "as is" without guarantees of uninterrupted operation. We may perform maintenance or modify features with reasonable notice.

To the maximum extent permitted by Singapore law, INNOVAS PTE. LTD. is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim.

You may delete your account at any time via Settings → Session → Delete Account. The authenticated request removes active Stackit data and Stripe web billing during the request; verified email requests are completed within 30 days unless more information is needed. Processor records and backups follow the limited retention described in the Privacy Policy.

We may terminate or suspend access for material breach of these Terms, with notice where reasonable.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Singapore unless mandatory consumer-protection rules apply.
